Support whilst you workout in the gym.
Often when you're neurodivergent, walking into a gym, let alone working out in it, can be extremely anxiety ridden and overhwhelming.
This is where a gym buddy PA can help.

Pricing starts from £20 an hour*
* Most major gyms offer free entry for PA's or carers when they are accompanying a disabled member to assist with their workout. If this is not a gyms policy then the price of a day pass or class pass for the gym buddy to attend with you will be added to the fee. Some gym memberships offer free day passes for 'friends'.
Please note that this is not a personal training session.
Our Gym Buddy PA's can:

Meet you outside the gym so you don't have to enter alone
